Lauren Shepherd

I am a strong advocate for my clients, both inside and outside of the courtroom.

I have dedicated my career to family law because I understand the toll family law issues can take on each client, and how important it is to find the right attorney to help navigate this difficult time. I strive to provide guidance and support to all of my clients, from the first steps to the final ones, and to provide a tailored approach to each case. I am settlement-minded and collaboratively trained – I truly believe this is the best outcome for many cases and strive to develop creative solutions to benefit my client. However, settlement is not always possible, and it is not always what is best. Whether we are working towards settlement or preparing for a contested hearing, I remain a strong advocate for my client. As a divorce attorney in Boulder, I have extensive experience working with substance abuse issues, mental health issues, domestic violence issues, and high-conflict cases. My practice focuses on divorces, legal separations, parental responsibility, and custody issues allocations, child support and maintenance modifications, and other parenting time disputes.
